Payroll

Your final paycheck will be paid on the regular payroll cycle, or in accordance with state law, and will include:

· Base salary/wages you are owed

· Paid Time Off (PTO) that has been accrued, but not used

· A refund for any unused ESPP contributions

Any pending expenses (personally paid for) will need to be submitted and will be paid by Accounts Payable.

Any sales incentives that you are owed based on the provisions of your plan will be processed and paid out as soon as possible.

Reimbursements

Manual Expense Form: If you have any remaining business expenses to submit after your separation date, please complete and submit this form. If you have any questions regarding an expense report, please contact the expense team by calling 214-414-2834.

Benefits

From our eBay Benefits portal you can access details needed during your transition.

Additional Information

Updating Contact Information: After your separation, the company will need to mail important documents, such as your W2 or other tax related documents. If your mailing address changes, please contact People Experience so we can update your address for you.
